Today, JetBlue announced updates to the TrueBlue® loyalty program that further elevate Mosaic status. The changes are effective early January 2024, unless otherwise stated.
After launching a refresh to TrueBlue earlier this year that made Mosaic quicker to reach and more rewarding than ever before, JetBlue continues to listen to customer feedback and identify new ways to add value to the loyalty program.
From new and improved perks to expanded partnerships to boost your status when booking car rentals and hotel stays, below are updates that Mosaic members can look forward to next year.
New Mosaic Perks You Pick™
Mosaic Perks You Pick allow members to customize their travel experience by selecting perks after reaching Mosaic and each level up. In 2024, get ready for even more choices with two new Perks You Pick:
- IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite Status
Platinum Elite members can earn points and enjoy perks like room upgrades & more at IHG’s 19 brands & 6,000+ destinations.
- Gift a 20-Tile Bonus
20-Tile Bonus is becoming two separate perks to give you more flexibility as you level up. Select both a 20-Tile Bonus for yourself at one level of Mosaic and gift a 20-Tile Bonus at another—no need to choose between the two.
New & Improved Mosaic Signature Perks
In addition to the Mosaic Signature Perks members already enjoy, such as two free checked bags and priority security, Mosaics will also receive the following perks in 2024:
- New for all Mosaics: Avis Status Match
Skip the counter and enjoy complimentary vehicle upgrades when available. Mosaics can enjoy elite status with Avis. Coming later in 2024.
- New for Mosaic 3 & 4: Dedicated Mosaic 3 & 4 Phone Support
Enjoy next-level customer service with a priority phone support desk for Mosaic 3 & 4 members.
- Improved for Mosaic 3 & 4: Move to Mint
Starting January 4, 2023, choose to redeem your Move to Mint certificate(s) in advance by heading to jetblue.com/manage-trips after booking a flight in Core. Confirm your move any time before you check in (up to two hours before departure). The number of certificates required for a given flight will vary between 1 and 4. Learn more here.
- New for Mosaic 4: Gift Mosaic
Gift Mosaic 1 status—and all the Signature Perks that come with it—to the TrueBlue member of your choice.1
